- Send the AA your exact location when using the breakdown cover
- Use the app when youre offline – just choose keep me signed in. (Not all functionality is available offline)

Getting started

You’ll need:

- An iPhone running iOS 7.0 or above
- Data access on your device
- A Halifax Ultimate Reward Current Account and your sort code and account number to register

This app is operated on behalf of the Halifax by Lifestyle Services Group Limited (LSG) who are also an administrator of the mobile phone insurance benefit which comes with your Ultimate Reward Current Account. LSG and Halifax dont charge you to use this app but your mobile operator may charge you for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. Terms and conditions apply.

LSG collect non-personally identifiable location data when you use this app. We use this for location based services. LSG, AA Breakdown Services, Google and/or Apple may access data about your location (i.e. GPS signals from your mobile device) which can be used to approximate your location (such as your mobile ID).

LSG and Halifax know security is important to you and want you to feel safe online. When you receive emails as part of this service they will always include your title and surname and the last 4 digits of your account number or the last part of your postcode *** 1AB. For text messages, check they come from LSG.
